A Daily Deviation aims to give artists a chance to be noticed by a large portion of the community. Not everyone has the same taste, so not all pieces selected for the daily special will be appreciated.

If you have a problem with a particular day deviation function, please don't leave a disapproval among other comments on the piece. It's disrespectful to the artist featured, the person who chose it, and the person who suggested it.

See Moonbeam13 if you need to express disapproval of selected features. Unless the image violates DeviantArt guidelines, it is unlikely to be removed.

Daily Deviations are selected from a pool of suggestions, including those created by deviations like you. If you feel that a particular type of artwork has been overlooked or underrated, feel free to suggest it by mentioning Moonbeam13.

Guidelines for Daily Variation Suggestions :

- There is a "six-month rule" that states that an artist who has obtained a DD in the past six months cannot obtain another DD.

- Daily Deviation selectors are limited to a maximum of one selection per day. This was set up to focus on quality and quantity.

- If no one is assigned to the area you would like to propose a DD for, please write Moonbeam13 on your DD proposal.

- Please suggest only one person. Do not send the same proposal to multiple people as it will cause a lot of confusion.

- Anyone can suggest a daily deviation.

Ost Community Volunteers also have some policies of their own, so please read the page before submitting your proposal.

And most importantly, what is featured may not always be to your liking. Just deal with it and move on. There is absolutely no need to post a comment that variance is not worth the daily variance. Not only is it disrespectful, it hurts the featured artist and the person who introduced/suggested it. So keep your opinion to yourself. If you don't like it, the day difference will not be undone. Let the person enjoy the feature. After all, it's only him 24 hours a day. Complaining doesn't make time pass faster. Daily variations are given to promote variations and artists.
